When it comes to developing master planned communities, we think about your needs, then develop amenities to meet them. Shopping centres like The Embers and Trading Post are great examples of how thoughtful design adds value and convenience to everyday life.
During the design of Fireside of Cochrane and the Willows, we wanted to develop a shopping and amenity area that could support homebuyers today, and in the future – and The Embers does just that. Located along Cowboy Trail, this growing amenity provides effortless access for residents of both Fireside and The Willows. Featuring a Shell gas station and convenience store, Tim Horton’s, pharmacy, liquor store, as well medical and dental offices, it’s easy to ‘pop out’ for last minute errands. The Embers also acts as a vital social hub too – it’s a place to say ‘hi’ to neighbours and greet old and new friends.
We created a convenient social hub in Sunset Ridge in Cochrane as well. The Trading Post is home to a gas station, country market, liquor store, restaurant, dental office and pharmacy. Supporting a vibrant and active community, The Trading Post boasts small town charm yet connects residents to the urban amenities they need.
